I've spent over 35 years working in business, from owning my own business to holding senior leadership positions within large national organisations. Along the way, I've led teams, developed people, tackled challenges and helped businesses grow. But one thing I've learned is that running a business isn't always easy, and it can sometimes be a lonely place. When you're responsible for making the decisions, looking after customers, managing people and keeping everything moving forward, it's not always easy to find the time to step back and see the bigger picture.
